I woke up this morning
But my heart ain't singing
I was on top of the world
And many dreams I've built
But today I feel downcast
It was all too good to last
As everything vanishes
And all that's left are traces
Ghosts of all that used to be
Dancing in my memory
Like a real life nightmare
I'm consumed by fear
Will I make it to another day
Will I somehow get away
To find where I can start again
Before my story come to end
