Ablaze I stood with heated eyes,
My mind a roaring storm.
My heart pounding,
For I could not understand.
The moment to be lived,
Where to be found?
So I set out,
On a noble quest,
Where one mortal, to be found
Had never placed foot.
I hoped to succeed,
Yet I knew,
That on this quest,
Hope was nor friend or foe
With raging anger
And devious mind
I set out
To find worth
Unravel this mystery.
Day by day
Time passing
Emotions starting to flow,
Rage and sorrow
Together they came,
I couldn’t understand,
Who was friend and who foe
As journey continued
Of my noble quest,
Mysteries unraveled
My might tested
Sins committed
An ugly sight
For what I was through
After falling in love with you ,
True love behold
Behold out of sight
But even love couldn’t
Stop me from my noble quest,
For due to this quest of mine,
I had lost what was once mine.
Hoping that this quest
To get over soon,
But my goal afar
For I tread alight
My path out of sight
Knew what it had been.
From that day on
I had to make one choice
My life bending,
To choose between,
Love and life
Ablaze I stand
True love yet to come
My eyes wait for thee
For my soul is to thee
My quest yet incomplete
For true love yet out of sight
