as I read through these poems I see so many about what was once loved, and what has been lost, so many poems of things short lived, these people who call them selves poets yet none take the time to put they're hearts into it, there for they have no meaning, as the quote of mine below my name says "true poetry comes from the heart" these words I speak are true through and through. poetry is an art and like any art you must put your not only your heart but your soul into it or else you will have waisted the moments spent creating it and can never get them back, I don't say these things to be rude or harsh, I only offer these words so that those who are serious about poetry or any form of art may benefit, I don't claim to be a poetical genius but what I do know is that every single poem I write come from the deepest depths of my heart, the sadness, the happiness, the anger, the fear that I feel and the struggles I face all go into my work so I will leave you with this, if you are serious about your poetry or whatever you wish to accomplish put your all into it, as long as you give it your all you will succeed, if you "wing it" or "half ass" anything in life you are setting yourself up for failure, be passionate about everything you do, big or small. if you've made it this far I hope that you've taken what I had to say to heart.
