Sometimes when you reach the light
At the end of the tunnel
It is but a torch
simply stuck to the wall
When you look ahead
you see a long inky hallway
panick runs cool heat through your veins
the past dark corridors
that you've walked creep in mind
wanna know a secret?
that's not the worst part
no
the worst part is looking back
as you continue to walk
further and further
away from the torch
your only source of light
comfort and warmth
until you're left alone
