TURN TO GOD
Don't believe in your dreams,
Stop holding on to your fame,
But believe in His name,
Because your life isn't a game.
There's a path coated with a frame,
In the end thereof is the flame,
An eternity, forever hell-bound and tamed,
But there's a narrow path that seems so lame.
The true seeker finds it and is not ashamed,
Both paths are there but are not the same,
This is why I love what I finally became,
Sanctified by His blood, now on Christ's team.
Filled by the Spirit, speaking in tongues to the extreme,
Now winning souls for Christ is my ultimate aim,
Peace flows inside like a Holy Spirit stream,
So I call all you sinners to this Heavenly theme.
Turn from the dark and step out of your shame,
Surrender your heart and step into the gleam,
For the King is returning to gather His team,
And forever praise Jesus, the Savior supreme.
