Shining diamonds covering the black sky,
I want to take one but its very very high.
Stars twinkling bright, yet far away,
with passing night they would go away.
Blinking their small shiny eyes,
looking at them takes me into paradise.
Shines every night with so much passion,
fights the darkness of night with compassion.
Watching them beautifully flicker,
fill my dreams with lots of glitter.
Laying on the ground under the stars,
diminishes away all my pain and scars.
Millions of diamonds in the velvet sky,
as the morning comes, they say us bye.
Folding my hands and wishing as I pray,
let one your diamond fall in my way.
