lost in darkness
lost am I
lost in this parallel world
lost beyond reason
like a spare through my heart
thorns as skin, fire as eye's
sugar mixed with vulgar of this world
run through everyday
faces like angels, souls as dark as darkness itself
Where is light?
fading as the warnings of rapture
hope the beating of old folks
shatters are the glass of yesterday
for today is a clear mystery
and tomorrow is fading as the light.
