UNCLE

I don't remember every detail about the struggles I've been through but I've always lived a little left from having my foot in the right shoe so without you here I have no clue what I'm going to do because if there was one thing I knew throughout my life it was how I could always count on you with the unconditional love, you've shown to me that you never proved to be untrue with the way
you stood by my side and guided me through
my lifetime by making sure my shoes were on
the right feet and my laces were tied tight upon every walk of life I tried to pursue so I could stand like a man who didn't trip and stumble and land me into trouble with the choices I choose that I've proven to always do whenever you weren't there to tighten the loose screws in my head to redirect my mind and enlighten me to see life through your point of view because you've always been my best friend with the loyalty you've shown from the beginning to the end that was love tested and brother approved upon an unbreakable bond between an uncle and a nephew that nothing can compare to or nobody could ever undo therefore I can't even pretend we didn't have an incredible friendship that most people only wish they had with somebody who was half as true as you were to me and I was to you but now I continue to pursue this life without a clue about what to do as I hold only a memory of my uncle my brother and my best friend while my heart breaks in two upon the memories I keep in my head of the man I will forever commend who will continue to live on in my heart until the day I'm dead and we meet again in a new beginning somewhere in a forever-lasting life that will never end as we spend our time reminiscing about the days that I lived a little left from having my foot in the right shoe while wearing holes in my tread from being misled without him there redirecting my step to protect and defend me from anybody who showed me disrespect or misguidance who just assume leave me for dead as we talk about love like a rumor to spread while we reminisce and catch up on old times like a couple of reunited friends who grew up together from boys to men
