I often ask myself
Why did I return
Is it for the sake of love
That I'm prepared to burn
How much more can I take
Before I finally break
Each day I pray for change
Why I'm staying feels strange
I don't have to put up with this

Right now my spirit's low
I could've walked away by now
But I opted to stay for others
It's really about those who care
