Under one Umbrella

Beneath the rain, two strangers meet,
A borrowed space, their hearts to greet.
The skies grow dark, the wind it moans,
But under shade, they’re not alone.
The drops descend in steady streams,
Yet sheltered here, they share their dreams.
A timid smile, a glance so shy,
As clouds above begin to cry.
The thunder rumbles, soft and near,
They stand together, hearts sincere.
Their footsteps slow, the world erased,
With every word, they find their place.
The storm may rage, the night may fall,
But here they stand, beneath it all.
Two souls adrift, yet intertwined,
In fleeting rain, their lives aligned.
When skies turn clear, the rain retreats,
The parting comes with soft goodbyes.
But in the heart, the memory keeps,
Of love that bloomed beneath wet skies.
