Undercurrent;

If I were coming in from far away, would you consider letting me stay? For what was once great is now cast in the undertow, for it not be for me to show these dreams I leave far behind me.
Anything that is seen, including you and me, all came from the beginning, but one must know that no matter how slow, time is the ultimate master. For all that is and all there was, to have a beginning one must have an end.
Cycling through the predominant wheel, no matter how sublime one may find time. It's misdirection that eluded my attention. Words are all but sound, flowing from the mouth of a clown. I can no longer drown in this hollow sound.
It takes all your life to know, but in the end you'll understand it more so. I'm glad it's not cold enough for snow, I wouldn't dare want to bestow this love of mine upon another, for I'm no better than the hunter.
Sit around for a sound, favour the common ground. It makes the world not seem so big, we bump in to strangers on the street that one-day we might actually meet. But until that moment in time, an awkward mumble of mine, not so sublime.
Life, life all of my life I've been floating free. Drifting in the sea, it's this life I now see behind me. Somehow I was swept into the undercurrent, it was a torrent of lies that would always be revealed, my world is now all but sublime.
