This world will consume you if you let it,
Around every corner lies another rock thrown,
Must test your luck against every uncertainty,
Will you win or lose as you trek the endless unknown ,
It gives no surrender to anyone alive,
You can easily break underneath it's pressure,
This world is a virus to a hopeful heart,
To which there is still no known cure,
Step lightly but life will step back hard,
Not a soul has ever lived it's life with ease,
Least not that I've come to figure out,
