It was a joke
All fun and games
Till two hearts feel in love
The joke is done
And games over
It taste sweet
But got a bitter feel.
She gives him peace
He gives her joy
Yet there's a friction of sour emotions.
Bloody confusion
And stressful relationship
Now their love is bitter sweet
She was bloody
Yet he cleaned her mess
She reminds him that she's grateful.
Its not all about them
Even though it actually is
But somewhere in between
Lies disgusting confrontations
And punches of bitterness
They're drowned in confusion
Their tongue tastes anger,
Nose smells confusion
And heart wrestles pain
From broken relationships
And bruised egos
They were clueless to why
It appeared sweet but bitter beneath.
