every morning i forget that you're no longer on your side of the bed...just your pillow.
every night i always feel you resting on my chest...but your not there.
when i eat i see you at the other side of the table...and with a blink of an eye, you disappear from sight.
those words spoken from you are repeating over and over and over like a broken record.
i hear you say "i love you"...but it doesn't feel real when you're not here with me.
when i go for a swim i just freeze in the middle of the ocean, i see you reaching out for me but i can't feel you.
i get taken by the tide, not knowing where it'll take, i just hope it takes me to you.
then maybe the other side of the bed will be taken by your presents.
my chest will be your pillow once more.
we can now dine together.
your song will finish, the record is fixed.
i can feel you in my arms for eternity.
and now when you say "i love you" it will feel real and so will you.
