Unfortunate

Thrown to the dogs

Tossed away like trash

Forgotten about us seems

I thought we had a wonderful past

Rolled up like newspaper

Then used to swat flies

Yesterday's news it seems

I thought we had some great times

A hit and run accident

Damaged beyond repair

Written off like a tax credit

I thought we formed a great pair

Like I tripped and fell

Injured with a giant sling

I need crutches due to you

I guess we weren't that much of a thing
