Unsaid Confessions
The stars have grown dim, sweetheart,
It's been a lazy night,
Where constellations blur into quiet art,
I wait for you in sleeping light,
I've laid out my fears to form a bridge,
So you could find your way across,
I wove them slowly, string by string,
And left my sorrows in the dark,
In simplest forms, my love survives,
Through rain, through moon, through sun,
Where starlight meets the endless sky,
My confessions stay... undone,
The oceans seem shallow next to your eyes,
Depths I could drown in forever,
I chase their blue through restless nights,
Caught in your pull... over and over...
