Buried now long forgotten amongst the deep green earth.
In soiled clothes now decomposed.
Nameless graves amongst the dirt.
Centeries told of long ago tales.
Of cloaked shadows of the night.
Pale deathly skin eyes sunken in.
And teethe baired sharp and white.
Such fed their need to kill and bleed.
And some had shared this curse.
To stalk and haunt to quench and feed.
Upon the blood they thirst.
They say they rose among their graves.
From out their tombs they rise.
To feed upon the living souls.
Till dawn had brought the light.
With torches held and wooden stakes.
The men among the villages brave.
Along the hour of day they wait.
And had slaughtered the beasts in their graves.
Centeries gone and this tale they still tell.
As the children sit quietly frightened.
But just a slight of a sound.
The children scream loud.
With fear that they might just be
bitened....
