A knot in my stomach, a lump in my throat,
A feeling so heavy, I can't even cope.
Thoughts racing, heart pounding,
Everything feels so astounding.
The world around me, a blur,
As I try to process and stir.
Emotions running high,
All I can do is sigh.
A situation so upsetting,
It feels like a never-ending letting.
I try to shake it off and move on,
But the pain lingers, and I can't be gone.
Upsetting, a feeling I wish to evade,
But it remains, like a stubborn blade.
