We walked through the sands of opportunities and the memories crusted at the soles of our feet.
our will harden by our everyday struggles
we take our chances not by choice but instinct .
Even if we fail we make failure a teacher
we learn from our little mistakes
there is no denying we are afraid
but fear is just a feeling
we overcome everyday of our lives
for we find strength in our weakness
and that makes us strive harder and further
than we ever imagined.
we are not perfect but we live with it
knowing we can better ourselves.
