Am I mad, Am I crazy, Am I clinically insane.
These voices in my head, causing mental pain!
I struggle to contain them, I always keep them in.
I know I need to tell someone, it's my only real sin.
Day by day I struggle, maybe I need to confide.
Instead I spend my days dying, deep deep down inside.
