If am to write out all my feelings
Then my pen will bleed for forever
A junkyard that's all I have been
Had to hide my chagrin
Incessant misfortune
Am familiar with the tune
Trigger pulled again my heart is the target
Had gotten for my heart an amulet
Raindrops and a thunderbolt
Am vulnerable I fear them both
Resisted a few times but it got twisted
A crowd of insecurities my fears ignited
Too desperate to embrace fate
So vulnerable I was made to taste
Heartbreak and pain, all handed on a nice plate
They keep reoccurring like a rhyme
Forming a rhythm and a similar line
Each removing a strand of happiness
Am flat-footed don't know what sting is next
