You broke me and threw me away into the dark storm of raging grief and despair that's inside of my head. No one can help because I think I don't deserve to be saved but I still cry out thinking someone will care and pull me out. But no one came and I'm still stuck in this storm that's when I learned I was the only one who could save myself,I became my own help. I became a warrior and overcame the storm you caused.E
