Warriors Battle
There won’t be a future
By living in the shadows
The light needs to shine in the darkness
To see all the lessons left in the dark
Showing the way forward
So there can be a future
Enjoying the beautiful gifts given
Are they truly given?
Or are all the gifts earned?
Remembering the past is the past
Focusing on the here and now
If there needs to be a journey to the past
Be the light in the shadows
To bring the lesson into the here and now.
Remembering if I have to go back to the past,
There is no need to go back to suffering.
Going back to the light to bring the lessons back to the present.
Taking what is useful and leaving the rest behind.
