We laugh
We cry
We fight
I punch
She kicks
I lay down unconscious
She kicks and punches repeatedly
I knock her back
She falls
I rise to grab a baseball bat
She runs and grabs a grenade
I bolt
She throws
* boom *
I lay in bed - in emergency care
Missing an arm and both my legs
She holds my hand
I hold hers
We smile
