I feel my body
It's loosening,
From all the tension like a noose around
My core uneasy,
I had felt.
But now the pressure, tightly wound
Is rather much: Flexing
In my mind's eye,
My imagination shapes my real life
My sensations flow to the rhythm
Of my breath, and thoughtful whim
Here I am, simply breathing
With eyes gently closed so the focus is on my dreaming
With each breath,
I breath in the comfort and strength of will I desire
What paradise would look like for me
If I were gracefully something stronger
With muscles, tendons, joints and bones,
As strong as steel,
Yet as bendable as rubber...
I am
Building a sheath
Of what can simply be called aura
I speak in my mind, and I breath.
With each breath, my body loosens
The Structure is reshaping
In the next morning, I will be shape shifting
Can we imagine?...
Our whole body stretching?
with limbs reaching out
To catch all of our wishes?
The freedom that is felt,
When we take no real damage
Not determined by age,
Not impeded by bone fractions
And After our dreams are grabbed onto,
Our bodies sling back into stable action
We hold part of the power
To make so much happen
We Are on a ship
It's a voyage unending
Through the dreamscape Universe
Our reality is reenacting
Feel the power
In your muscles, tendons, joints, and bones,
Let your true selves
Be molded between the folds
We are stretching out
And our cells are joyfully calling out,
A Yogi on the deck of hearts
Holds place for us now
Let what happens be as taking a wonderous cruise.
Imagine the way you used to.
Imagine the way you're spirit looks too
And let the body embrace it's form
We are our soul's embrace
In the care of a loving God's arms
We know the Universe made us that way...
Not to be stuck in just what we are,
But to be ever moldable...
Like the potter molding the clay jar
With heat comes a new purpose
and strength to carry tears far,
And now that one journey is over,
We are breaking down again
To be reshaped along the stars
For the next time we look in the mirror,
Our form will be as better than before
Feel the change happening to your core
Say to yourself when you reawaken,
I am rubber, And I bounce back stronger than ever before.
