WELLNESS

Tell them I'm doing well, incase they ask,
Of my journey and the journey I bask,
With a smile that shines brighter than the sun,
And a heart that beats with a will second to none.
I've been climbing the hills and wading the streams,
With determination and hope, a beautiful dream,
I've been facing the fears and chasing the stars,
With a spirit that soars higher than the highest bar.
And though there've been times when the road got rough,
I've picked myself up, I've been strong and tough,
For I know that with each step I take,
I'm closer to the dreams I aim to make.
So tell them I'm doing well, incase they ask,
Of the battles I've won and the scars I've amassed,
For I've come a long way and still have far to go,
With a heart full of love and a soul that shines with a glow.
And though there may be challenges yet to come,
I'll face them with grace, I'll overcome,
For I am strong and I am brave,
And I'll do what it takes to see my dreams saved.
So tell them I'm doing well, incase they ask,
Of the journey I'm on and the progress I've made,
For I'm living my life with purpose and grace,
And I'm making the world a better place.
