brittle and raw
old paper and death
away here I could smell your flaw
sweet and tranquil of the breath
like fallen nector
as it pours from the sweetest flower
smell of death
smell of burning leaves
shed my skin
and take another
I slow my breath
slip through frozen trees
why should I be me
the moon judges me
I run though the wood
howling my mood
the moon still taunts
I forget instantly
her smell invades my nose
I run untill my legs may snap
trees zip by
my senses zone in
just beond the trees
she walks in plain sight
sippin on the moon and the stars
she carries a bag and a flashlight
im jus out of sight
the smell gets stronger
as I get closer
zippin in plain sight
past unwanted trees
untill shes all I see
