What a Lovely Life

Another smile, through it on the pile.
Fake faces, fake friends leave you
defiled.
Society has its grip on me.
Tears my dreams, though lovely
till I can't see.
Break your bones to be one of their
clones.
No moans cause it owns you
all of you; has sown seeds of contempt
so deep you could never have known.
Takes tomorrow
your future so you parade around
with a show of fake bravado.
Till all your life and crooked plans
come crashing down in a glorious
crescendo.
