What I Would Say If I Never Could Say

In English they say "I love you"
But in poetry we say:
I wish I were the wind, then I could kiss you whenever, caress your skin at all times, and bring to you a moment so peaceful you'd never want me to leave.
I wish I were the sky, then I could cover you with all my affection, shower you with all my attention, and worship you by showing off your glory like the sun shines down on the earth for all to see
I wish I were the sea, then I would never stop bringing my love to you, at moments when you're high or low, like the tides themselves never stop to move.
I wish I were a temple, for I shall always worship you as my goddess, in your presence and away, I love you now, and I hope to for a really long time.
