What is love
though we try to express it in words and songs
we can never truly define the meaning of love
its something so special and sacred that no person alive can really tell you the meaning of
its a passion, a feeling, a way of acting
we can search for words that we think may give one an idea of what we feel but there is no true way to completly provide the value of those extraordinary words..."I Love You." You can say what you want to say,
But i know love doesn't work that way,
You can do what you want to do,
But I'll never forget what we went through.
You don't know everything, neither do I,
But I know that what you're saying is a lie.
You're never to young, you are never to old,
But there's one thing I believe I'll treat love like gold,
I don't know everything but I do know this,
Feelings have no rules and that's all that love is.
Nobody's perfect, not you, not I,
But for you I love, I'd trully die,
Love is a feeling, like your heart could matter,
I know I'm in love, so what you say doesn't matter.
We wrote this poem on a blank page,
To say that love has no age. Alone in a world of realistic dreams,
A thin thread keeping the insane sane.
Nothing is always what it seems,
A broken road on memory lane.
Deceiving smile of a close friend,
Touch of an old lovers'cold hands.
Lost in a circle with no start or end,
No one cares or honestly understands.
Lonely soul just yearning to be occupied,
A fantasy so close yet so far away.
Aching heart desired not to be denied,
