What Is Truth?
What is truth that it should have a say in whether we are at our filled with hatred? We all cry out to one another to speak our truth, then turn around and crucify each other, cause it's offensive? All hypocrites to our vanity. When did we get the right to decide truth? When if we were allowed to speak the very things on our minds, would we ever have the company of the ones we're trying impress or love? Could we really be a people who could accept an honest opinion, whether than be offended? Not saying I'm perfection or thick skinned, just saying I'm just as flawed, to understanding when people say tell the truth. Many of our champions have taken bullets. Bonded in chains, suffered horrible deaths, all for it. Their rewards are our examples, but we tend to hid our true identities cause it's not in style or go a certain way. So, what is truth? Is it our salvation or our deaths? Does it relieves the soul or slowly kill it? Pilate asked that question before the truth, before he crucified it. Our religious leaders schemed to kill it cause it interfered with their pockets. To this day, it remains a stigma like a cancer to the normal. We preach you speak your truth, no judgment. But, underneath ready to rip their tongue out, or slit their throats cause it's not what they wanna hear. It amazes me, that truth is so precious, but has standards according to who receives it. Cause last I checked, truth is meant to be kind it's meant to correct, be make people aware. Not be a death sentence or silenced."
