What torments kept me in pain
With all joy lost in dark
My conflicted heart lingers in darkness
Thoughts of sunrise afar
Tomorrow is a package what shall I see
Torments of yesterday shadows around me
The future of tomorrow in doubt
Demons around my inflicted soul
Dinning on the remains of my sanity
Strength decompose making me a non entity
I pray this dream ends
And the nightmares laid to rest
A conflicted soul with a shattered hope
Knows no happiness
Thrills of achievement is an illusion
Since success is scaled in monetary measure
