What's In Thee Inside

I keep falling for the wrong crowd
I can't say I'm proud
Their just people I tolerate
Not the ones I'd call my mates
To them I'm invisible
When they need me is when I'm visible
I could put on a frown
But they won't see that I'm down
They wear fake crowns
While ignoring my frowns
I won't lie I have mood swings
And I've messed up many things
But I won't apologize for being me
And for being real
All my life I've been covering up
Instead of discovering myself
I wouldn't leave an inch of body uncovered
From the trauma, I haven't recovered
I just want to be discovered
By people who wouldn't care what I look like
Except what's in the inside
