When Atlantis Remembered Water
Before the sea took the stone,
before crowns forgot the oath,
we walked with the Sun
and listened to the breath of Earth.
We ate what the land offered
without hunger for excess.
We prayed without names,
only alignment.
Ten thrones stood once,
not for domination,
but for balance.
And balance was the law.
But pride whispered louder than memory.
Power learned to bend sound and light.
Wisdom was locked behind gold gates.
The Source was replaced by self.
Atlantis did not drown in water.
It sank in forgetting.
Still,
some carried the flame across the sea,
hid it in stone,
etched it in stars,
waited for a time
when humanity would ask again:
How do we live in balance?
The ocean remembers.
So do we.
