When your stuck with your thoughts inside.
Nobody is really there except your demons that you brought along for the ride.
Whatever they are telling you to do..
Just run, because they aren't true.
Sometimes it's best to keep the past nightmares behind.
When there is nobody there to save you, don't out do your mind.
