Since the very first day I saw you,
My heart knew it found it's missing piece,
So happily it pumped
Rub a dum like the west African drums.
My eyes could no longer see,
I suffered goosebumps by the mention of your name,
My blood pressure rose,
My palm were sweaty,
And my heartbeat synchronized,
Because I was nolonger in pains,
I was in love with Mara.
It was love at first sight,
Everything seemed to go in a slow motion,
My heart threatened to break it's cage,
The birds flew all around us as if they were seranading our Union,
It was an amazing moment.
The sun was scotching no more,
Hunger had it not,
The hornbills sung to our union,
And the crickets couldn't bare their excitement,
Our chapter opened,
On a new page I wrote you name.
Our journey finally started,
I found you,
The long search came to a sudden halt,
My babe my darling was with me,
My missing piece was found,
I found a companion,
Someone to love for the rest of my life.
