Sometimes, Lord, it seems,
When I start to pray..
Those words will have to travel,
A million miles away.
But, when I am broken,
My shattered heart cries out bereft..
That's when You give me Your comfort,
And, I know You never left.
I know that I'm not worthy,
There's nothing I could do..
To repay what You have suffered,
To earn my place with You..
Still, You reassure me You're with me,
Even when You feel so far..
I just want to tell You, Jesus..
I love You for who You are.
You're Forever faithful,
And, Always true..
I just want You to always know,
Jesus, I love You..
