Why?

You showed us you cared
you taught us to be fair
"no cheating" you said
honesty we kept hold
knowlegde we shared
friendship we made
the better thought
of you,
was being
the Best Version
of oneself.
and yet,
why?
what happened?
my idol who
taught be to be better
to find goodness
to stay kind and respectful.
what happened?
why?
you were unfair.
you failed the one's trying
and pass the one's close to you
is that the basis of success?
or just using resources?
