Peace, why can't you be my friend
This war I just don't understand
If ever I could fall asleep
If only I could stop to weep
But these storms cause havoc
Destroying everything in it's way
It's time I'm taking stock
Of a life that has gone astray
I've been tossed in this blizzard
And I don't feel my heart anymore
Life had really hit me hard
I'm wounded to the core
Slowly but surely I'm dying
My heart has stopped believing
Whatever I hoped for is lost
Coz things went from bad to worst
