I'm never asked.
Why can't you take anything seriously?
To which I reply -
Because to ' take '
Is to lay hold of (something)
with one's hands;
To reach for and hold.
And to ' take ' words -
Like ' anything ' and ' seriously '
by hand,
Is not possible.
