God you told me to wait a little
I wasn't happy about it
I fought an unending battle
At times I just wanted to quit
But you who created me

In that time you molded me

So many people entered my life
Some are writers and musicians
I never felt like I was good enough
And I made some bad decisions

You showed me your amazing grace
My life would be nothing today
