Wings for flight poem
Can’t seem to close my eyes
thoughts of you cause things to rise
I toss and turn half the night
just wishing i had wings for flight
I would run and jump into the air
flapping my arms in despair.
I would soar through the clouds and above the trees,
I would fly real fast and land on my knees.
The door would creek slightly as I tiptoed upstairs
I would trip over 4 casts hibernating like bears.
I can see you sleeping all snug in our bed.
Ut oh Buckeye spots me and demands to be fed!
I drop my pant and strip off my clothes..
Hey whats that.. Awe look who arose
My lucy greets me with nose nursling glee
..oh how I missed my little babies
I pull back the covers and and slip behind you
my breath on your neck and body w light biting
You’re awoke from a sound of two cats fighting
When holy shit you feel someone besides you?
Is it possible?
Is this a dream?
I assure you its not as you glisten and gleam!
It’s that moment right then that I knew
you’re my soulmate and that’s why I said I DO.
