D

winters brake and darkness

Santa died
The Snowman cried
Mama broke her neck
The door man called
It's not his fault
The floor was just to wet
I wiped my eyes and said goodbye
As we lay her soul to rest
She didn't go to heaven but she always did her best
As i lay awake
Bent out of shape
I began to wish for death
My soul has hardened
Cold and sharpened beating in my chest
I find my feet
My mind repeats
The sound of satan's nest
So down i'll follow
My mom's steps
And dare to finally rest
