I took the wrong turn in my journey. I had to be careful; it would lead me back to my past. The next step, I assume, will be the correct step. I won't make the same mistake twice. I had come to fear to turn back around. The only Direction I have to follow. I won't look back on my life. It will only lead me back to the past. I only have one choice to make: I choose happiness over darkness. Light in my heart. It will guide me to where I need to be. If light fades, always. I look up and let the stars show me. Every star is a new chapter in my life. It will be a rainy day. I won't see the road clear. But I will wipe it off with my faith. I hope that my eyes will be able to see again. Life took me on a rollercoaster. Now, I am living the life I wanted to live. The only place I wanted to be was my happy place. Now, I looked for clear roads. So I can go through life without beep roads. Every turn I make is not perfect. But it was not to be because I had to learn to turn it around without losing myself. Because I am on one one-way street. There won't be a straight line to follow. So, I have to learn to walk with a positive mind. I hope to be at the end of my journey. It will be my happy place because I followed my heart. It led me to here. It just took me a long time to find my way. Now that I am here. I won't go back to the place I lifted behind. I am living my Survivor life. Because I choose me. I put myself first. I lifted behind my past. Now I live tomorrow. I am on the right track. They know going back.
