There is a girl in the streets
turning herself into something she's not
because she feels invisible,
and desperate for everyone to think she's hot!
She has friends whose love has grown too cold
and forcing her to not be bold!
She's done everything to fit in and be cool
but her efforts only made her an F-student at school!
Now she's dating people to fill the whole in her heart
hoping that someone will notice that her soul is broken and hurt!
She's the girl that never cast her own shadow to the ground
she's always lived in the shadows of her best friends around
She's dying inside to feel whole and accepted
but constantly she feels alone,empty and rejected!
There's a boy in the streets
telling himself that he's hot
and trying to convince himself too
that he's worth more than what he's got!
He's abused girls just to feel strong
and bold
but deep down he knows that he's weak,boring and cold!
Yet he's desperate to be noticed and accepted
with his weaknesses and mistakes instead of being rejected!
