Stop eating cherry pie learn how to fly
Its going to be hard to get rid of all that lard
What you put on just take it off and you will see a brand-new dawn
Morning at sunrise you begin to exercise
You began to walk you began to talk you begin to jog you don't look like no hog
Now you begin to run because it's a whole lot of fun
You thru all the soda out the window two streets down below
You went to sprouts and then you said No to take out
No more fast food for you only healthy food that you cook will do
You change your diet you did it real quiet
Pounds came off little at a time but you stick to the program even if it took every dime
That fat we went way and now you are slim today
You got your job back with a raise pay because you impressed the boss on how hard you worked that first day
It took you a year and at times you feared
You were going to die many nights you
setup and began to cry
You felt all alone you had no one to call on the phone
No matter how hard it got you gave it all then you took that last shot
You made it fun and you crossed to that finish line and won
