YOU LET MY WORDS FREE

by preponderance of my written evidence.
it will become more than evident.
that my flow will set precedent.
truthful and harsh yet eloquent is what they be.
like an enslaved man hoping freedom is granted by way of emancipation.
just as President Lincoln's Proclamation.
not just mine, my words can only ring through your reverberation.
right now as you're reading, they're more elated than jubilation.
to glance at this page without any concentration.
without full reciprocation.
as if your silence is every word's condemnation.
you're better off putting them back in their cell.
for years my story has been captured without a soul to tell.
now this forum this medium, on the brink of sink or sail.
my fellow writers, my peer reader.
you are the jury.
you are he executioner.
let them free.
forever that they shall be.
as you are, ever so free.
only you can let my words free.
