You were the one for me.

You made me smile at my phone like an idiot whenever we were texting

You made me laugh and actually feel happy again, for once

You were the one thought always on my mind playing

On repeat like a broken record but it was on the best ways.

But happiness never lasts not in my life

And I stand corrected because you proved me right

You gave up on me,on us,

You told me we weren't a fit and I said I could fix it and I tried
