You used to tell me I look good
That I cut my hair nicely too
When I held your hand you'd smile
The nightfall became our light
The look in your eyes was so bright
Then suddenly things changed
Your compliments were very fake
I could tell you not the same
Those eyes of your didn't tell stories
You drifted away I lost our glory
And then she came like an angel
Sent straight to me to save the day
She told me everything I needed
Things started to look the same
She made me feel loved again
I started loving her
She started replacing her
I tried to deny what I felt
Things just got out of control
She was already part of my heart
I fell in love with her.
What now? Is she your better half
Is she the one to replace my heart
Take the place I reserved for you
Mold it and shape it cause she knows how
Why did you change, why did you leave me
I thought I embraced you, seems like I embarrassed you.
So now I'm gone, found new loving arms
She even cooks for me she makes me proud
I hope you happy I hope he makes you smile
I will remember you, but only for a while
Your replacement clearly took your crown.
