You have suffered too
Much in your life but
Now you have found
Healing from your pain.
You let loose your
Fears, your anger and
Your pain and now you’ve
Become young again.
Now you smile even
When the troubles come
Because the peace inside
You has grown so strong.
You share your smiles
So bright with others in
Need of the same peace
That you have found.
In doing so maybe they will
Smile again and so pass it
On to others who also need
Freedom from their pain.
